I have a question about watch time hours. I make ambiance videos so they are about an hour long, my question is, for a video with 5k views, is 800 watch hours good or normal? A couple other examples are 300 views and 70 watch hours, and 1000 views with 80 watch hours.
Ps. I tried to ask Reddit groups but they are so restrictive

Great video. I didn't know that titles can help so much with gaining popularity… but I guess you learn every day as a content creator. Nowadays though I believe that the best option, for going viral as soon as possible, is to start doing more Shorts. People don't have attention span for anything longer, so I try creating expressive and concise content (and after I post it, I use a lot of Famester to make my content viral and it gets spread out literally everywhere. It also reach audience on other platforms as well).
I started my ghost story channel in January and im up to 205 subscribers as of writing this 😊

Just look on popular fitles and copy them. To make it little diferent just put something in a bracket. Dont overcomplicate it

I probably don't understand, but it feels like there is a bit of a contradiction in what he was saying. It feels like he was saying, don't make it too specific so that you can appeal to a wider audience. But at the same time, make sure it is in your niche so that it's what your subscribers are expecting? If i'm an existing channel in a niche, how can i make content with a wider appeal that won't bomb because of a low CTR from existing subscribers?

I was using blue for each image, all thumbnails have a clear number on them to show the episode.

I’m a brand new channel and when I learned about the value in creating a great title, views immediately started picking up. I’m still super small, it have grown from 5 subs to 30 subs over the last couple of weeks! So something is working!😊😀🙏
This was awesome! Thanks for sharing. I recently went on Reddit to share my channel for a critique and got roasted. But the community offered me so much value to take my channel to the next level as did you guys.
So basically you are making videos that tell people how to get more subs AND everyone wants more subs, so of course they are clicking on your videos and subscribing because they THINK (MediaTV) (see what I did there?) they are going to get more subscribers. So if everyone made videos on how to get more subscribers, they would get more subscribers… Make sense?
What I do on my channel is provide content without clickbait and without misleading thumbnails because I have integrity and I am NOT trying to get subs to monetize my channel. I AM trying to get subs to engage with a community of people who are genuinely interested in the subjects that actually need light shined on them. I am trying to learn as much as I am trying to help. Make sense?
I'm not pretty, I don't have all the toys such as great lighting and microphones and multi camera angles. I'm not slick. Talk about "Think", that is exactly what I am trying to do with my channel, make people THINK! Make sense?
What are you doing with your money? What are you doing with your time? When are you going to focus on making yourself happy? When are you going to stop following the trends in the media and BLAZE YOUR OWN TRAIL? Make sense?
We are here for a limited time, life is short, what are you doing with the time you have left? All of these YouTube stars are boasting about all of their subs and all of the money they are making. They are waving it in your face!!! They spend every waking hour trying to figure out how to build their little YouTube empire in to a channel FILLED WITH SUBSCRIBERS! Endless hours of scheming and planning and editing. What I want you do is get out there in the real world, show compassion to your fellow earthlings, tread lightly and stop being so absorbed in the MEDIA!!! Make sense?
Come see what my channel has to offer, if you subscribe, that's great if not that's great too. Now I am done with my rant, I'm going to go outside and chop some firewood and then pay some bills and get some groceries. But I guess that's what people are supposed to do right? Makes sense!

I film in good quality edit is clear then youtube quality is grainy something is happening on youtubes end when uploading? Anybody else notice or have this problem.
